My Method

This guide should give you an overview of what hiring me is all about.

For some projects we may choose to stray from this method for quicker turnaround, but all will be agreed with you from the beginning, and you will be kept informed at all times how work is progressing.

Stage One - First Impressions

The first thing is to arrange to meet my prospective client in person to build a relationship with you so I can figure out what you'd really like . Over a coffee is generally more relaxing so if you know somewhere nearby which is good then I will meet you there. Using the information gathered from the meeting I will tailor a quotation or estimate for you, which usually will be ready within 2 working days.

Stage Two - Quoting me, quoting you

A fixed quotation based on the information you give us will be offered, outlining all the key deliverables that we need to provide you and anything that I may need from you. This will be presented to you along with a Web Design Contract to sign, should you wish to proceed. If you do want to continue with the process, a small amount will be required at this stage, generally 20% of the final fee. This will help keep the ball moving and ensure everyone is keen to progress.

Stage Three - Proposing to you

Once I have all the required information from you and a signed contract, generally three layouts will be designed. This stage involves a good bit of research into your target market and business sector to see what your competitors are doing and how you can stand out from the crowd. Ensuring that you are kept involved at all stages of the design process and I am not going in a direction you're not happy with.

Stage Four - The Review

Once I have developed something more complete, your final review will be sought and signed off. This is your last chance to make any changes before I make your website live.

You'll be a happy customer, content in the knowledge that your company is being represented in the best possible way
